Our company is looking for a Controller to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and managing risk;
- Analyzing financial data;
- Management Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of finance & controlling operations, including setting long term direction;
- Participating in budgeting processes;
- Managing financial transactions;
- Maximize return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems;
- Preparing financial reports;
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations;
- Assess current accounting operations, and make recommendations to achieve greater efficiencies and accuracy in the level and timeliness of reporting;
- Coordinating audit processes;
- Developing plans for financial growth;
- Monitoring internal controls;
- Overseeing and preparing income statements.
Requirements:
- Work independently and within a team;
- Call Centre or Control Room Experience;
- Must be reliable and trustworthy;
- Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required;
- Computer Literacy in MS Office, CCTV, etc;
- Fluent in English;
- Strong ability to work shifts;
- Grade 12;
- A minimum of one years experience in the Security Industry Control room or Call Centre;
- Must Reside in Diepsloot and Krugersdorp;
- No criminal record or any Pending Cases;
- Grade A & B PSIRA registered and accredited.
