Our company is looking for a Area Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales report gathered from assigned area;
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
- Conduct regular inventory to Ellana Instantly;
- Implement promo activities accurately and provide guidance to Beauty Consultants;
- Ensure timely submission of reports which includes, sales, promo off-take and Daily Time Record;
- To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives;
- Coach, guide and motivate team members;
- Monitors competitors activities e.g new product launch, brand to Marketing and Sales Executive;
- Prepares work/ shift schedule of Beauty Consultants;
- Support the achievement of sales KPIs through monitoring and application of sales cycle of the beauty consultant;
- Responsible in achieving sales target per area;
- Evaluate BCs and give feedback on areas for improvements;
- Ensure that stores have healthy stocks: no ageing stocks, heathly levels based on store potential;
- Ensure that BCs follows the operating procedures;
- Build rapport with Department heads, retailers, store managers, etc.
Requirements:
- has a proven ability to manage teams, manage processes and manage quality output;
- exceptional math skills;
- can clearly report on financial performance of stores and performance drivers;
- Must be willing to do office and field works when necessary;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Graduate of any Business or Marketing Course;
- Willing to do field work;
- Trustworthy and with strong work ethics;
- Driving skills and a license is a plus;
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market;
- Problem solving and decision-making skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent, business, or related field preferred;
- With strong interpersonal skills;
- Leadership skills;
- Technical skills and knowledge specifically in Genset, ACU, and Electrical works.
