Sales Supervisor

Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Our company is looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure buyers are notified of sales volumes on a weekly basis;
  • Ensure that all customers with potential business opportunities are visited and the company’s product line is promoted on a planned and regular basis;
  • Adhoc duties;
  • Review and apply the appropriate resources to effectively take care of both new and dormant accounts;
  • Report directly to the Financial Director;
  • Maintain a professional relationship with customers;
  • Ensure adequate planning and time management of sales team;
  • Evaluates his group members and updates their job descriptions at least once a year;
  • Recommends to Finance Dept. credit limits and payment terms for clients;
  • Plans and sets short, medium, and long-term goals for the company;
  • Guides his/her group in all aspects of Management, Marketing, Sales, and Administration;
  • Coordinates with other groups and departments, such as but not limited to Personnel, Finance, Accounting, Warehousing, etc;
  • Coordinates with Sales Manager and HR department in monitoring the leaves and attendance of all his group members;
  • Ensures that the warehouse follows the accepted and identified standards of storage of the department’s products;
  • Trains and familiarizes his group members on their job functions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin, Fook Yuen, Japanese, Korean is a PLUS FACTOR;
  • Graduate of any Business or Marketing Course;
  • Significant experience in selling HR services is a distinct advantage;
  • Interrelates with management and foreign visitors with the same ease as with clients;

  • Considerate experience in supervising with large companies of at least 1-3 years, ideally in the same environment;
