Our company is looking for a Process Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up process parameters for new products to be manufactured;
- Participation in technology and IP research and development;
- Provide process support to the other engineering disciplines;
- Prepare hazardous area classification notes for review by the Lead Process Engineer;
- Participate in EFD reviews, HAZOP’s and any other design reviews;
- Accountable for turnkey projects in Technical Lead capacity;
- Participate in review of project model;
- Ensure that detail design methods, standards and data used meet the Client’s requirements and/or those issued by HOD South Africa;
- Perform such duties as may reasonably be assigned by the HOD Process Engineer;
- Supplier and Technology identification, selection, review, and innovation;
- Advise the Lead / HOD Process Engineer of any slippages and their causes and proposed corrective action;
- Assist, as required, in the preparation of operating manuals;
- Concept, Basic, and Detail process design of turnkey water and wastewater solutions and plants;
- Carry out technical investigations, including development of computer programs, produce technical reports as and when required;
- Pilot plant trial design and execution.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years’ minimum experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Over 7 years’ experience;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- CAD Proficient;
- Water treatment process solutions including biological, chemical and physio chemical processes;
- Basic to advance knowledge in different Process tools usage and fuctions;
- Willing to work and be assigned in Timog, Quezon City;
- Good computer skills especially with MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent;
- 2-3 years Process Engineering experienceÂ;
- Analytical mind, systematic project and time management, self discipline and able to work to meet timeline;
- Exposure to the automotive industry will be considered as an advantage;
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing environment, preferably assembly in the automotive or heavy truck industry;
- Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written);
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent;
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Quality.
