Our company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure targets are achieved;
- Hop from one event to another to build our database of talents;
- Conduct in-person and phone interviews candidates;
- Maintain good relationship with all candidates, employees and clients;
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers;
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System);
- Make recommendations to hiring managers based on recruiter assessment;
- Onboard new employees in cooperation with HR Administration;

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Arabic Language is required;
- Loves challenges and can work under pressure;
- Has excellent communication and is a good judge of character;
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a similar role;
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Sourcing or similar roles;
- At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in Recruitment or Onboarding;
- Wants to work in a dynamic, fun and growing start up;
- A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or Business Administration is a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Background in Executive Search is a plus.
