Position: Regulatory & Controls Director
Industry: Insurance company
Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 100,000
Schedule: Midshift/ Nightsift

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Compliance, Law or nay related course.
· With At least 10-12 year’s work experience in regulatory compliance, governance, auditing and risk management
· With certificate LLB, MBA, CISA, CIA, CAMS, CRCM, CBCP is a big advantage
· Knowledgeable with financial, banking or landscape industries
· With experience in data analysis, compliance control frameworks, and an understanding of global regulatory frameworks
· Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
· Leading the global coordination and execution of regulatory remediation
· Overseeing the development of Business Continuity Plans for regulatory functions, ensuring critical processes are identified and continuity strategies are robust.
· Tracking the implementation of quarterly controls
· Providing strategic direction and oversight for a high-performing team
· Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives through effective issue management, policy influence, and stakeholder engagement.
