JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- At least 10 above years of experience in Risk and Regulatory role.
- At least 10 above years of leadership experience.
- Willing to work in Quezon City
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES::
- Design, establish, and continuously refine the organization’s risk management framework, policies, and operational guidelines.
- Actively detect, analyze, and track emerging risks across all business areas, ensuring they are thoroughly documented and promptly escalated to senior management and the board.
- Promote a culture of compliance by ensuring all employees and business functions operate in line with legal, regulatory, and internal governance standards.
- Perform periodic internal audits and compliance evaluations to confirm alignment with organizational procedures and best practices.
- Direct internal compliance audits and risk reviews to assess policy adherence and identify areas for improvement.
