WE’RE HIRING: GROWTHBACKER (SALES REPRESENTATIVES) | WORK FROM HOME Are you confident, goal-driven, and passionate about talking to people? Join Cyberbacker as a Growthbacker and help grow the company while building your own career! > Role Overview: We are looking for experienced sales professionals who are confident in handling outbound and inbound calls, closing deals, and managing client relationships in a performance-driven environment. > What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls
- Talk with business owners
- Book appointments & conduct meetings
- Present solutions and close deals
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and resilient mindset
- Comfortable with goals and targets
- Willing to learn and grow
- At least 1 year BPO sales calling experience OR experience communicating with English-speaking clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia)
- Full-Cycle Sales Experience (AE, Closing Role, End-to-End Sales)
- Background in High-Ticket or B2B Sales (Inbound & Outbound Calls)
- Proficient in CRM and other sales tools
- Experience in Telco, Financial Loans, or Recruitment Sales industries
- Permanent Work From Home
