Call Center Representative Location: Alabang, Philippines
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our growing team as Call Center Representatives for our Telco Account . The successful candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries about mobile, internet, and telco services.
- Assist with billing concerns, payments, and account updates.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and service disruptions.
- Process plan upgrades, add-ons, and service modifications.
- Recommend telco products and solutions based on customer needs.
- Document interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet performance and sales targets when applicable.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent (college level or graduate ).
- With or without prior BPO experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in Alabang.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Earn up to ₱29,500 monthly.
