Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 5–8 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Problem-solving mindset and empathy towards customers
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts
- Responsibilities and Duties: Customer account management and follow-up on unresolved issues
