- Property Listings: Create and manage property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and photographs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to determine property values and identify competitive market trends to advise clients effectively.
- Show Properties: Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers, highlighting key features and answering questions.
- VALID REAL ESTATE LICENSE
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or relevant sales experience.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
