What are we looking for?
Are you a delivery-focused Project Manager who can manage multiple projects while maintaining client confidence and strong commercial outcomes? In this role, you will own projects end to end, ensuring delivery is structured, visible, and aligned with business objectives.
You will work closely with the PMO and broader team to manage concurrent projects across the full lifecycle, from presales and Statement of Work through to delivery, governance, invoicing, and closeout, while also supporting managed services governance where needed.
This role offers strong ownership and variety, from scoping new engagements to leading client governance and milestone sign-offs. You will drive delivery, protect commercial integrity, and contribute to a strong, evolving PMO environment.
What are you expected to do?
- Project & Delivery Ownership
- Own a portfolio of concurrent projects across the full delivery lifecycle, from presales and SoW through delivery, governance, and closeout.
- Maintain accurate project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, with clear RAG status and early risk escalation.
- Drive delivery execution to time, scope, and budget, and maintain portfolio visibility across all active work.
- Facilitate client workshops, including discovery, requirements gathering, and architecture review, alongside internal SMEs and technology partners.
- Plan and chair client status reporting to the agreed cadence (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).
- Stakeholder & Client Governance
- Manage senior client stakeholders with an appropriate executive tone and governance discipline.
- Lead steering committees, phase-gate sign-offs, and milestone reviews for milestone-based engagements.
- Own the service review cadence for assigned managed services clients, managing escalations, incidents, security findings, and continuous improvement actions.
- Maintain stakeholder registers, escalation paths, communication plans, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate vendors and sub-contractors for specialist delivery work (e.g., networking, security, data).
- Commercial & Financial Management
- Draft and issue Letters of Engagement, Statements of Work, and variations across T&M, fixed-price, and hybrid commercial models.
- Manage change requests and variations through formal approval, protecting commercial integrity before work commences.
- Track budgets versus actuals, own invoicing accuracy, and minimise revenue leakage.
- Manage milestone-based invoicing and reconcile T&M hours, flagging overage or underage to clients proactively.
- Contribute to rolling resource and capacity forecasting and support the conversion of qualified opportunities into delivery.
- Manage partner program opportunities and funding requests with partner specialists.
- Documentation, Governance & PMO Uplift
- Own end-to-end project governance using standard PMO templates, including Project Overview, RAID logs, Stakeholder Register, Communications Plan, and Closeout Report.
- Maintain structured, audit-ready documentation in SharePoint, with consistency and compliance across records.
- Steward and improve PMO templates, contributing to ongoing PMO uplift as the practice matures.
- Manage contractor onboarding and engagement setups where applicable to the project.
You’ll be a great fit if:
- You have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in IT services, cloud, or managed services environments.
- You hold a PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (or are willing to obtain one).
- You have a strong understanding of the full project delivery lifecycle.
- You have experience facilitating client workshops and presenting governance reporting to executive sponsors.
- You have excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- You have high attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset.
It would be desirable if:
You have an MSP or broader IT services background.
- You have experience with ConnectWise, Jira, Xero, or similar delivery and finance tools.
- You have exposure to ISO 27001 or other compliance and audit environments.
- You are familiar with hyperscale partner programs (AWS, Microsoft) and partner-funded initiatives.
- You have experience applying AI productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to PMO outputs.
- You have hands-on experience drafting SoWs and Letters of Engagement across T&M, fixed-price, and hybrid commercial models.
- You have demonstrated experience delivering cloud and/or managed services projects.

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.
