Head of Sales and Marketing

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of the first and largest business park in the Clark Freeport Zone, offering exceptional business opportunities to both local and foreign investors. Our client is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing who will be responsible for driving tenant acquisition, strengthening brand visibility, and leading the overall sales and marketing strategy to support the park's continued growth. This position is onsite‑based in Angeles, Pampanga , with a regular work schedule from Monday to Friday .

This role will oversee both sales pipeline development and marketing execution, ensuring alignment with the organization's commercial objectives and long‑term expansion plans.

Key responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership & Pipeline Development: Own the sales strategy, establish a robust pipeline, and implement forecasting cadence to achieve revenue targets.
• Tenant Acquisition & Retention: Drive new tenant sales, maximize inbound and walk‑in conversions, and ensure tenant success through retention and expansion programs.
• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Assess, redesign, and implement marketing strategies that target key verticals with clear objectives, budgets, and success measures.
• Team Management: Lead and develop the Marketing Manager, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and alignment with business goals.
• Brand Building & Awareness: Strengthen brand visibility across target markets and channels through digital presence, collateral, and campaign development.
• Referral & External Relations: Build referral networks with government agencies, brokers, property consultants, and industry associations (e.g., DTI).
• Revenue Diversification: Identify and develop additional revenue streams beyond core leasing activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with brokers, advisors, and external partners to support business growth.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within real estate, industrial parks, or long‑cycle relationship‑driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a marketing function (not limited to agency oversight).
• Strong background in sales pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating within the Clark Freeport Zone market context.
