- Develop and implement franchise growth strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage relationships with existing franchisees and provide necessary support.
- Conduct market research to identify new franchise opportunities.
- Ensure franchise compliance with legal and brand standards.
- Train and mentor franchise teams for effective operational management.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in franchise management or business development
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
- Qualities and Traits: Results-driven mindset with strong leadership capabilities
- Working Conditions: Ability to travel as needed to support franchise operations
