Training and Development Officer

Training & Product Knowledge Development
- Develop and implement structured onboarding training programs for new hires (Sales and Marketing) for the Group.
- Conduct continuous product knowledge training sessions for existing employees.
- Develop and deliver effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Facilitate interactive sessions with confidence, humor, and strong classroom control
- Continuously study and quickly adapt to new product lines (fast learner is a must)
- Gather feedback and improve training materials and delivery methods
- Support sales presentations, trade shows, conferences, and clinical events as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation, training manuals, and competitive materials.
- Create training modules covering:
- Product features, benefits, and clinical applications
- Competitive positioning
- Compliance and regulatory basics
- Sales pitch and objection handling
- Develop assessment tools to measure product competency.
- Maintain updated product training manuals and e-learning materials.
Research & Market Intelligence
- Lead market research initiatives to support sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis (pricing, promotions, positioning).
- Gather field feedback from Sales Teams and translate insights into actionable reports.
- Monitor industry trends in medical supplies and healthcare consumables in the Philippines.
- Provide monthly research reports for the Group and Sales & Marketing leadership.
- Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing performance evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and optimize product strategies aligned with market needs and business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, procurement, quality assurance, regulatory) to ensure product success.
- Act as the internal product subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Track performance metrics (sales, adoption rates, training effectiveness, customer satisfaction).
- Generate insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.
