- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer interaction.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products and services to address customer inquiries.
- Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events and sales initiatives.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, customer-focused, and a team player.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
