HVAC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities (For Chiller & Package Units)- Perform preventive maintenance such as repair and/or replace HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Repair chiller system, pumps, AHU, FCU, package units, and controls for package & chiller units
- Operate, diagnose, analyze, and record all HVAC equipment such as boiler, chiller, pumps, AHU, FCU, package units
- Check controls for:
- High & low pressure sensors
- 2–3 way valves
- Fan motors
- Actuators
- Oil level
- Contactors
- Thermostats
- Breakers
- Mechanical problems for compressors, refrigeration cycles, and others
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in the related field
- NCII or equivalent for HVAC
- Can drive and with driver's license
- Willing to work in SAUDI ARABIA
