HVAC Maintenance Supervisor

- Knowledgeable in methods, materials, tools and equipment in REPAIRING and MAINTAINING ALL HVAC equipment
- Plan, assign, inspect band supervise MAINTENANCE and REPAIR activities
- Files and prepare reports
- Maintain records
- Assign and distribute work orders and work requests
- CHECK and TROUBLESHOOT equipment as needed
- Review all work orders before and after completion
- ORDER and COLLECT spare parts needed
- Follow-up CORRECTIVE and PREVENTIVE maintenance with technicians
- INSPECT contracted work if needed
- COORDINATE work with company workshop
- INFORM Project Manager of completed and outstanding work orders
- COORDINATE and PREPARE work for technicians
- At least 7 years experience in the related field
- with NCII certification or course in HVAC
- knows how to drive
- with driver's license
- Willing to work in SAUDI ARABIA
