Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. At least 1-2 years background or experience in non-life insurance. Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software applications. Proven experience in sales, or a similar role, preferably in the insurance, real estate, or financial services industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
