Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and promote our industrial-sized heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment to commercial accounts. This role involves building strong customer relationships, preparing competitive bids, and achieving sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain separate lists for new prospects and existing customers.
2. Promote and sell industrial-sized HVAC equipment to commercial accounts.
3. Support solutions and designs tailored to customer requirements.
4. Prioritize prospect clients and customers based on potential sales volume, profitability, and timeline.
5. Build relationships and establish a loyal customer network to drive market growth.
6. Supervise and organize bid preparation to ensure accuracy in costing.
7. Prepare proposals based on technical specifications and project requirements.
8. Consider installation costs, including labor, and submit competitive bids.
9. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field or a related course.
2. 1-2 years of sales experience preferred; experience in the HVAC industry is an advantage.
3. Familiarity with the local market is a plus.
4. Strong presentation and communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
