Gang Gang Chicken is looking for a highly competent, results-oriented, and business-minded Store Supervisor who can lead daily restaurant operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive store profitability through effective operational and cost management.
We are seeking a professional with strong leadership capabilities, hands-on restaurant experience, and a solid understanding of profit and loss (P&L), food cost, and labor cost management .
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven supervisory or leadership experience in the food service, restaurant, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
Strong understanding of P&L analysis , including sales performance, operating expenses, and store profitability.
Knowledgeable in food cost management , portion control, inventory monitoring, stock variance analysis, and waste reduction.
Proficient in labor cost control , manpower planning, staff scheduling, overtime monitoring, and labor productivity.
Capable of analyzing sales and cost reports, identifying operational variances, and implementing corrective actions.
Experienced in kitchen operations, cashiering, POS systems, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
Knowledgeable in inventory control, stock ordering, product costing, and proper storage procedures.
Able to maintain food quality, food safety, sanitation, and consistent customer service standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, motivate, and hold team members accountable for performance.
Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Results-driven, trustworthy, organized, and capable of managing a fast-paced restaurant operation.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Operations
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Maintain consistent food quality, service efficiency, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and accurate operational reporting.
Financial and Cost Management
Monitor and analyze store P&L performance, sales trends, and operating expenses.
Control food cost through portion management, inventory accuracy, and waste reduction.
Manage labor cost through efficient manpower scheduling, staffing optimization, and productivity monitoring.
Investigate food cost, inventory, cash, and labor variances and implement corrective measures.
Support the achievement of store sales targets and profitability objectives.
People Management
Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational and performance standards.
Monitor attendance, productivity, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
Foster teamwork, accountability, and a customer-focused working environment.
