Housekeeping Supervisor

Description - Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with established protocols.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues related to housekeeping services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in housekeeping or supervisory role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
