Inventory Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the receiving, inspection, and proper storage of incoming inventory items
- Records and updates inventory transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Assists in the conduct of periodic physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation
- Organizes inventory records and maintains proper documentation
- Provides administrative and operational support to the Inventory Team to ensure compliance with established inventory policies and procedures
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in inventory, warehousing, or administrative work is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software is an advantage
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with keen attention to detail
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a high level of accountability in handling inventory records
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on-site
