Cash Custodian

- Graduate of any business-related course or equivalent.
- With background or experience in cash handling is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
- Willing to render work on a shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
- Prepare and process-Petty Cash Vouchers and Daily Attendance Forms
- Release allowances accurately and on time
- Check, compile, and prepare Daily Attendance Sheets for processing and replenishment.
- Safekeep and ensure accountability of petty cash and all related documents.
- Maintain and update accurate records of cash transactions and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Driver Instructors, Logistics Supervisor, and Logistics Manager for processing requirements and clarifications.
- Manage email correspondences for approvals and documentation.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned.
