Description - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify sales opportunities and engage potential customers through various channels
- Conduct negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads and track customer interactions
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and sales management skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent relationship-building abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to execute cold calling and sourcing strategies effectively
- Skills and Competencies: Creative problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of social media trends
- Has experienced in IT Sales or FMCG.
