Data Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business objectives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Assist in developing and maintaining databases and data management processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and business teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling is preferred.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

- Advanced Excel functions and reporting.
- Database management and SQL querying.
- Dashboard development and data visualization.
- Data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance.
- Business process analysis and performance measurement.
