What are we looking for?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Junior Data Analyst to assist with maintaining accurate client and asset information, supporting data migration, and keeping systems and records up to date. This role is focused on Excel and data cleanup, and is suited to someone who is comfortable working with large amounts of data, checking information for accuracy, and following established processes.

This is a 6-month project-based role with high potential for an extension.

What are you expected to do?

• Maintain accurate client and asset records through rigorous data cleanup, including correcting contract dates, merging duplicate client profiles, and decommissioning inactive billing cards and asset types.
• Conduct regular audits of contract details, including start and end dates, rates, and schedules, ensuring alignment with billing systems.
• Manage client and property data integrity, specifically identifying redundant contacts, validating property routines, and updating asset descriptions.
• Standardize system information by collating common remarks and responses, and migrating notes to the correct locations within Uptick.
• Amend client references to ensure consistency with the Billing Card (customer account number) in Wiise.
• Support ongoing operational data entry, including creating asset registers for new sites, processing new tenders, and updating pricing databases.
• Assist in acquisition-related data migrations.
• Analyze historical task data to optimize scheduling by updating expected time-on-site metrics.
• Provide data entry support for A1 information updates.

You'll be a great fit if:

• You have 1-3 years of experience in data entry or data analysis , or you are a fresh graduate with data-related experience from capstone projects, theses, or OJT.
• You have strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• You are comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and online systems.
• You can review information carefully and identify missing or incomplete data.
• You are organised and able to manage multiple data-related tasks.
• You can follow processes and maintain accurate records.
• You are comfortable working independently and completing tasks within deadlines.
• You are comfortable working with data and performing routine, repetitive tasks.
• You have strong written communication and basic problem-solving skills.
• You are comfortable learning new systems and software and are willing to be trained on tools such as Uptick and Wiise.
• You are willing to work from Monday to Friday (7AM to 4PM Manila Time).

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

What to Expect in the Process?

1. You’ll go through 3–4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1–2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks, but we’ll let you know if things need to move quicker.
