Area Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, handling client negotiations, and supporting business expansion across retail environments.
Qualifications:
- Female, 25-35 years old
- With pleasing personality
- Proven experience in Sales Management
- Strong experience in client handling and relationship management
- Skilled in closing deals and meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of retail market (Spa, Salon, Jewelry, Mall Retail, Kiosk)
- Background in Health & Wellness, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Retail industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Willing to work onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Identify and engage potential clients and business opportunities
- Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Lead negotiations and close sales deals
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support brand and business growth initiatives
