Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading local procurement execution in alignment with global category strategies (Packaging, Agri Inputs and Indirect Category). Manage team, governance, processes and stakeholder engagement to deliver cost, service, quality and risk outcomes. Drive compliance to policy/DOA, increase spend under management and enable efficient sourcing and guided buying across the local business.
Experience:- Category familiairity with packaging (corrugate, labels, films), agri inputs (fertilizers, crop protection, consumables) and indirect category
- Sourcing and contracting under multi-sites constraints; logistics basics
- Policy/DOA, audit readiness, and local regulatory awareness
- Implementing guided buying/catalogues and tail-spend programs
- Experience of at least 10 years in all facets of Procurement operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Procurement/Business/Engineering (Master's/CIPS preferred)
- Working knowledge of TCO, RFP/RFQ, contract management, vendor governance, and basic ESG/responsible sourcing
- Proficiency with ERP (e.g. SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and BI dashboards; strong Excel (pivot/lookup) for analytics
- Good working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
