Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic Chat Support Representatives to join our team in Pasig City! Enjoy a pure non-voice environment (chat and email only—no phone calls!) with a competitive salary package of up to ₱30,000, Day 1 HMO, and excellent career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, requests, and issues via live chat and email channels. Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by providing accurate and prompt responses. Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously while multitasking across internal systems and tools. Document client interactions and troubleshoot basic account concerns. Qualifications: At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level/Graduate. At least 3-6 months of customer service experience (BPO/non-voice background is an advantage). Excellent English written communication skills and grammar. Good typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM) and tech-savvy. Willing to work onsite in San Lazaro , UPA , Cubao , Bridgetowne and open to shifting schedules.
