Domestic Sales Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a results-driven Domestic Sales Executive to identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our logistics services—focusing on warehousing, transportation, and cold chain operations. You will play a key role in driving sales growth by delivering tailored supply chain solutions to prospective clients across various sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, conduct cold outreach, network at industry events, and qualify high-potential leads.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Meet with prospective clients to assess supply chain needs, create customized proposals, deliver sales presentations, and provide competitive pricing quotes.
- Account & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, recommend tailored warehousing/cold chain solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new account acquisition, revenue generation, and profit margins.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track competitor activity, and identify emerging market opportunities for expansion.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate service agreements, terms, and renewals to secure mutually beneficial contracts.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate activity records in CRM/sales reporting systems and update management on pipeline status and performance metrics.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or cold chain operations.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse and cold chain logistics solutions.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, negotiation, and adaptability skills.
