Hello! We are looking for a Customer Service Representatives to join our team! Newbies, Fresh Grads, and Tenured agents are welcome to apply .

Job responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries through calls, chat, or email.
- De-escalating situations with involving dissatisfied customers.
- Provide satisfactory solutions to customer complains.
- Demonstrate positive attitude and empathy towards customers.
Qualifications
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum)
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite.
- Willing to work on graveyard shift, shifting schedules, or even weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
