What You’ll Do:
- Greet and serve guests warmly, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Take accurate orders and communicate special requests seamlessly
- Double-check orders for presentation and quality before serving
- Deliver food and beverages promptly with professionalism
- Keep tables tidy and welcoming
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness
- Address guest questions politely and escalate issues when necessary
- Support opening and closing procedures, and adapt to various roles as needed
Qualifications:
- Friendly, approachable, and a great communicator
- Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality service
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
