- Identify and prospect new clients to generate sales leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet sales quotas.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the successful promotion of products and services.
