Sales Representative
Full-time

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through face-to-face meetings, networking events, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Present and sell company products/services to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and gather market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer needs are met and deliverables are fulfilled.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites when necessary.
