HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
- Review payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory contributions
- Ensure compliance with payroll and government regulations
- Lead and support the payroll team
- Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related issues
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits)At least 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team
- SAP experience as a working tool within payroll execution
Core Competencies
- Strong functional depth in payroll — able to clearly articulate processes, not just exposure
- Solid grasp of payroll compliance: tax submissions, statutory contributions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Experienced in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management
- Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in MS Excel; strong analytical and communication skills
