Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience
- Can work onsite in Boni Mandaluyong
Responsibilities
- Process employee payroll accurately and on time
- Compute salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and adjustments
- Ensure proper computation of government-mandated contributions
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports for management
- Compute and file withholding taxes
- Prepare BIR forms 1601C
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations
- Coordinate with accounting for tax payments
- Monitor updates on tax laws and payroll regulations
- Prepare payment vouchers
- Process checks, bank transfers, or online payments
- Ensure timely payment to avoid penalties
- Maintain accurate payment records
