Key Responsibilities - Dispense and compound medications for in-patient and out-patient services.
- Process and manage emergency medication purchases.
- Encode emergency purchase invoices accurately.
- Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
- Prepare and liquidate petty cash vouchers.
- Prepare requisitions for specialized hospital areas.
- Prepare daily income reports.
- Respond to inquiries from hospital wards and stations.
- Provide medication counseling to patients.
- Upload data to the Electronic Drug Price Monitoring System (EDPMS).
- Conduct temperature monitoring in compliance with DOH requirements.
- Perform inventory management and monitor shelf assignments.
- Support Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) initiatives and monitor related medications.
- Ensure proper stock rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) system.
- Monitor and report Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR).
- Perform other pharmacy-related duties as assigned.
Educational Attainment
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
License
- Registered Pharmacist / Underboard Pharmacist
Experience
- Open to fresh graduates
