About the role (What you'll be doing)

At Euc, our lean, high-performing Talent team partners closely with hiring managers to scale teams across Australia, Manila, Japan, the UK, and Germany. As our Technology Recruiter, you'll own hiring across our engineering, data, product, and design functions — partnering with technical leaders to build the teams that power our platform and patient experience.

It's a role for someone who understands technical hiring deeply: what good looks like across different engineering disciplines, how to engage passive technical talent, and how to move quickly without compromising on quality. You'll work in fast cycles, help shape how we show up to technical candidates, and bring the rigour and market knowledge that earns trust with technical stakeholders. This role reports to the Head of Talent within the People team.

• Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles across engineering, data, product, and design, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and high-quality delivery at pace.
• Partner with engineering leads, product managers, and technical hiring managers to define role requirements, structure interview processes, and make strong hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain engaged pipelines of technical talent using proactive sourcing methods across LinkedIn, GitHub, Seek, referrals, and community channels.
• Advise stakeholders on technical hiring best practices, market conditions, and candidate expectations, acting as a trusted partner rather than just a coordinator.
• Design and iterate on assessment and interview frameworks that evaluate technical skills effectively while keeping the candidate experience sharp.
• Track and analyse hiring data to assess funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and share actionable insights with hiring managers to drive continuous improvement.

About you (Who you are)

Skills & experience

• You have 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with a significant portion owning technical hiring across software engineering, data, or product functions.
• You have prior RPO or agency experience combined with in-house TA exposure, and understand how to operate effectively in both high-volume and highly selective hiring environments.
• You are a skilled technical sourcer, comfortable finding and engaging passive candidates across engineering communities, not just inbound applicants.
• You have a proven ability to shape hiring plans, influence technical stakeholders, and refine role requirements in partnership with hiring managers who have high standards and strong opinions.
• You are data-led: you track funnel metrics, diagnose where processes are breaking down, and come with recommendations rather than just observations.
• You are an excellent communicator, able to build trust quickly with technical leaders and represent Euc credibly to senior engineering and product candidates.

Nice to haves

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience hiring across multiple markets and cultures, particularly across APAC.
• Familiarity with technical assessment tools or structured interviewing frameworks for engineering roles.
