- Facial Treatments: Provide a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing to improve skin health and appearance.
- Skin Analysis: Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments, products, and home care routines.
- Client Consultation: Engage in detailed consultations to understand client needs, concerns, and expectations regarding skincare.
- Promote Skincare Products: Educate clients on skincare products and routines, recommending retail items based on individual skin concerns.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure a clean, sanitized work environment and follow health and safety protocols during all procedures.
- Certification: Proven training and certification in skincare, esthetics, or cosmetology.
- Experience: Previous experience in a spa or beauty salon setting is often preferred.
- Knowledge of Skin Care: Strong understanding of skin types, facial treatments, and the latest skincare trends.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide personalized advice.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and careful approach to treatment application and client care.
