- Facial Treatments: Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, and mask applications, to improve clients' skin health and appearance.
- Skin Analysis: Evaluate clients' skin conditions and provide personalized skincare recommendations based on their individual needs.
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' skincare concerns and goals, offering expert advice on proper skincare routines.
- Maintain Hygiene: Ensure a clean and sterile work environment by following sanitation and safety protocols, including proper handling of skincare tools and products.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest skincare products and techniques to offer clients effective treatments and recommend products suited to their skin type.
- Certification: Must have a valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited beauty school.
- Experience: Prior experience in facial treatments and skincare services is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with clients, listen to their concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for assessing skin conditions and tailoring treatments to meet individual needs.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform hands-on treatments.
