- Recommend skincare products and regimens tailored to clients' individual skin types and concerns.
- Provide additional services such as massages, extractions, and anti-aging treatments.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly disinfected.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to deliver the best customer experience.
- Proven experience as a facialist or aesthetician, with a strong knowledge of skincare treatments and techniques.
- Certification or license in esthetics or cosmetology as required by local regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build rapport and understand clients' needs.
- Ability to assess skin conditions and provide personalized treatment plans.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
