Description - Provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff in the operating room.
- Ensure compliance with safety and surgical standards during all procedures.
- Coordinate patient care before, during, and after surgery.
- Mentor and train nursing staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other medical professionals to devise optimal care plans.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or surgical environment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and leadership skills
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to stay updated with the latest surgical techniques and technologies
