- Maintain the clinic: medicine replenishment, recommend equipment
- First Aid and Emergency Response
- Maintain medical files - follow up on pending APE check ups (target to meet at least Category B for all employees with completed follow up check up)
- Verify fit to work clearance at pre-employment
- Conduct surprise drug tests
- Act as liaison and coordinate with HMO provider for all concerns - schedule HMO free services (ex. free Seminars)
- Recommend and execute health and safety awareness programs
- Support and participate in regular safety audit of employee welfare concerns (ex. PPE usage, barracks orderliness, canteen food safety)
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (required)
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
- First Aid/Trauma Training (preferred)
- 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (e.g., ER, critical care, or public health nursing)
- Experience in occupational health, case management, or employee wellness (preferred)
- Injury prevention, emergency response, and case management
- Health surveillance and risk assessment
- Employee wellness and health education
- Perform pre-employment physicals, drug testing, and immunizations
- Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs
- Conduct workplace safety audits and health risk assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards
