Description - Provide first-aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of injury or illness.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor the overall health status of employees.
- Maintain accurate medical records and prepare reports as required.
- Educate staff on health and wellness topics to promote a healthy workplace.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting or occupational health.
- Skills and Competencies: First-Aid, medical knowledge, excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to prepare detailed reports.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, attentive, and focused on employee well-being.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage health emergencies and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
