Position: Dealer Operations Specialist (Cebu)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- With at least 2-4 years’ experience in after sales, field sales, or territory management
- With driver’s license and willing to travel across region
- With experience working in automotive industry or dealer network operation is an advantage
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and drive dealers’ achievement of sales targets to support overall regional performance and revenue growth.
- Lead and execute localized sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and expand market share across the Visayas region.
- Collaborate closely with Service Managers to enhance workshop productivity, optimize parts inventory management, and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results.
- Conduct regular dealer audits and Business Health Checks to ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and compliance with company global standards and policies.
- Provide on-site dealership support, performance coaching, and strategic guidance to improve sales effectiveness and operational results.
- Travel regularly within the Visayas region while maintaining direct reporting responsibilities to the Cebu Office.
