Key Responsibilities - Apply sealants, caulking, and waterproofing materials to designated joints, seams, and surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, drying, and removing old sealants or debris.
- Inspect and identify areas requiring sealing, repair, or waterproofing.
- Ensure proper application techniques to prevent leaks, drafts, and structural issues.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow company safety guidelines, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on schedule.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sealant application, construction, or a related field.
- Knowledge of different types of sealants and their proper usage.
- Good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights and in varying environmental conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety standards and construction procedures.
- TESDA certification or relevant technical training is an advantage.
