RESPONSIBILITIES: General Responsibilities: • Develop and implement WFM strategies aligned with organizational goals • This position needs to be aware of the financial situation of the account being handled and needs to drive profitability by resource optimization and cost reduction in collaboration with Operations and other departments • Translate business needs into workforce plans. • Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess various concepts, alternatives, and proposed solutions, providing data-driven insights and recommendations • Lead change management for WFM processes and tools. • Continually offer input to innovate processes, systems, organization and culture • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and IT on resource planning • Responsible for the development of resources under his/her span OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Cyberpark Tower 1

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Standard WFM Profile At least 8-12 years of relevant experience in WFM At least 5 years leadership experience
