Southbank Cafe Lounge
As a Server, you’ll be the face of Southbank—greeting guests with a warm smile, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring they have a top-tier dining experience from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to maintain a smooth, enjoyable service.
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Deliver orders efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate
- Handle billing and payment transactions
- Collaborate with team members and support other roles as needed
- No experience required.
- Previous experience in similar cafe or bar set up is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
