Position: Manufacturing QC Engineer Company Industry: Press Molding / Manufacturing Company Location: Rosario Cavite City Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 35,000 gross Work set up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical, or related field). At least 2years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant standards. Experience in quality inspection, root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques. Familiarity with quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and 8D Report. Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans. Monitor manufacturing processes and identify quality issues or defects. Analyze quality data and prepare reports on product performance and process improvements. Investigate customer complaints, non-conformities, and quality-related issues, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Perform root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.
